Perfect for fall Warming soup for gray days: Italian pastina soup

This Italian pastina soup tastes heavenly aromatic and is really incredibly easy to make!
When the sky turns cloudy and the days turn colder again, a delicious soup will warm you from the inside. Try our original Italian pastina soup now!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 liter of water
2 stalks of celery
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
a little salt
3 tablespoons of parsnips
1 egg
Approximately per serving:
192 calories
9 grams of fat
19 grams of carbs
5 grams of protein
And here’s how it’s done:
First put the water in a large pot and heat it up. Meanwhile, wash the celery and the carrot, peel the carrot and cut both into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
Add olive oil and vegetables to boiling water and cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt. Then add the parstina and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir the egg into the soup. Whisk until the egg white is stiff. Serve immediately and enjoy warm! Enjoy your lunch!
