Basically, you can prepare Cinderella soup in many variations so that everyone in the family can enjoy it. Simply adapt the ingredient list to your supplies – this way you can also use the soup use of leftovers and thus avoid unnecessary food waste.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Heat the olive oil or canola oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic. If you have a pressure cooker, you can use that. This saves you energy and preserves valuable nutrients.

Mix the vegetable broth with the water until you get a homogeneous mixture. Instead of using regular vegetable stock powder, you can, for example, make your own vegetable stock.

As soon as the onions start to turn translucent, add the lentils. You can use any type of lens here. Then add the prepared vegetable broth. Close the pan and cook the lentils on speed two for about six minutes. Then let the pot evaporate.
Without pressure cooker cook until lentils are tender.

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots. Add them to the lentils with the tomato passata, salt, pepper and marjoram. Close the pan and cook all the ingredients on speed two for four minutes. Wait for the jar to evaporate and then open it.
Without pressure cooker cook it until the potatoes are cooked.

Taste the Cinderella soup and add salt, pepper and marjoram if needed. You can spread your soup with any spices you like.
