Some classics are usually served at carnival. Our Chicken and Chickpea Soup is a little offbeat, but that doesn’t mean it’s unsuitable for the holiday season. If you prefer to use the proven dishes, we can of course also serve them to you. The donuts are in the spotlight. The original recipe for the carnival classic can be found here. Of course, the traditional pea soup with sausages, also called “Ähzezupp” in the dialect, should not be missing here. And as a last classic, we can also recommend the “Heaven and Earth” recipe. You do not know? It is a sweet and salty combination of potatoes, apples, bacon and black pudding.
